Every week a Guardian Money reader submits a question, and it’s up to you to help him or her out – a selection of the best answers will appear in next Saturday’s paper.
This week’s question:
I need a new car and usually buy a two or three-year old second-hand one. But I’m tempted by the adverts for personal contract plans, where I’d get a Ford Fiesta for around £190 a month. What’s the catch? Or are they actually very good value?
What do you think?
